Short Let Terms and Conditions
All our apartments are delivered in a clean state. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment during your stay and before you check out.
You are asked to use your apartment with care and respect, to leave the apartment in the same state of cleanness as you found it, to leave all furniture at the original place, clean dishes you might have used, put them away at their initial place and to empty the apartment of trash before your departure.
Residents shall not engage any commercial, illegal, nuisance, dangerous or other activity that could embarrass our property or cause complaints from neighbours. Respect and consideration for other guests is expected at all times. (No loud noise). The premises shall not be occupied or left in the care of anyone not listed as a guest. The number of guests must be know with the reservation.
Extra persons not listed with the reservation are not allowed. This will lead to extra cost for the persons and need to be paid immediately Gozo Holiday Rentals management shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to guest or guest’s property or friends. Guest must immediately notify management if things are not functioning properly On arrival you will found an inventory paper in the apartment. Please check on arrival and when something is missing let us know immediately. At the apartment there will be an information book “what to do and to see in Gozo”. When you rent more than 1 week there will be a replacement of clean sheets and towels.
For availability or bookings please fill out our reservation form and we will contact you within 24 hours by email with all the requested information. To confirm a booking we request a 25% deposit and the balance need to be settled 14 days before arrival. Payments can be done by bank transfer. All bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights. Full payment is required to confirm reservation made for three (3) nights or less.
All children under 6 are free of charge. If you have a late check-in or early departure it’s not a problem for us but please let us know upfront.
Airport transfers and car hire can also be arranged for you.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds:
(any refund would be up to the discretion of the owner)
Full payment is required to confirm reservation made for three (3) nights or less. This amount is not refundable if the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior your arrival.
The Deposit will be non refundable if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to your arrival.
5% bank charges would be deducted for all refunds.
No Show forfeits deposit. (Deposit would not be refunded) and full payment will be charged or requested.
Total payment would be charged or requested if you arrive later or leave earlier than days booked and confirmed.
Cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior arrival will result in the full amount being charged or requested.
Please note, we will not refund a last minute cancellation in case of Bad weather, Plane/Boat cancellation, Plane/Boat delays. Therefore, we advise you to always get travel insurance.
All refund outside of our cancellation policy would be to the discretion the owner.
